*During the current pandemic, proper physical distancing and specific county health protocols will be followed. This will be discussed at our first meeting.
*Your wedding ceremony date/time is not considered "on the books" until our non-refundable $200 retainer or full ceremony amount has been received. If balance is owed and not paid by stated date on signed contract or written email correspondence, any signed agreement is voided.

*Officiant will arrive at ceremony site at least 20 minutes before scheduled starting time.
*Unlimited phone, text, email or Zoom contact between officiant and couple.
*Signing will be immediately after ceremony and mailing of California State Marriage License to appropriate county clerk's office will be within ten days of ceremony.
*You must provide at least one witness. If I am providing the witness, you need to notify me in advance. There will be a $25 fee added.
*My attendance at your venue rehearsal is $25.
*Ceremonies starting after scheduled start time will be charged an additional $50 per 30 minutes or portion thereof.

I have other ways you can make your ceremony personal - just ask. You must provide items needed. If I provide items needed an additional fee will be charged.
Notary Service for Certified Copy/ies of Marriage License
Each county follows their own rules regarding requests and pricing for certified copies of marriage licenses. Check with the issuing California county Clerk/Recorder's office for their local fee. Most counties in California charge $17 per certified copy. I highly recommend getting two copies.
If I send in the certified copy request at the same time I send in the signed marriage license, you will save time and money, and should receive your state recognized "official" certified license(s) within four to six weeks from the date I mail them out.
